Hola, my name is Alfredo Aquilar and I would like to invite you to our wonderful restaurant Las Cazuelas. Orginally born in Puebla Mexico, I came to this great country when I was 4 years old. I apprenticed as a kitchen manager at another Mexican restaurant in the Old City section of Philadelphia where I learned my trade from the head chef who became my mentor. Since opening Las Cazuelas in Noverber 1999, we have received great reviews and have been featured in many newspapers and magazines not only in Philadelphia but also around the country.
